We speak with Kelly Harms, the author of the new novel “The Matchmakers of Minnow Bay.” Kelly lives in Madison and her book is set in Wisconsin. Her first novel “The Good Luck Girls of Shipwreck Lane” was featured on WPR’s Chapter A Day.
