Wisconsin attorney fee limits head to Governor’s desk

Republicans have sent a bill to the Governor’s desk that would limit attorney’s fees in consumer protection cases.As Shawn Johnson reports, it’s a move critics say will make it hard, if not impossible for people to bring small claims cases.
