U.S. Rep. Paul Ryan said that he isn’t worried about nationwide voter fraud on Tuesday.

The House Speaker told reporters during the weekend that the United States has a “decentralized” voting system.

“So elections are run by state, local, and county governments,” Ryan said. “So, I have every confidence that our election officials are going to do their best to carry out the election. Does fraud occur here and there in America? Of course it does, but it’s not a centralized system. It’s a decentralized system, so I’m not worried about that.”
