The state of Wisconsin will have an extra $636 million to work with in the next two-year budget thanks to an upturn in the economy and increased tax collections.As Shawn Johnson reports, Republican leaders say they’ll use the money to pay down debt and don’t plan to use it to offset cuts to state workers or schools.
