Baldwin and Ryan battle over Buffett Rule

Senate candidate Tammy Baldwin wants Congress to pass the so-called Buffett Rule, that would close loopholes and some tax breaks for the wealthy. But Wisconsin House member Paul Ryan dislikes the measure. Chuck Quirmbach reports.
