Join Norman Gilliland, and the 9XM Players, on Saturday, September 28 at 8 p.m. in the Forum at the Wisconsin Institutes for Discovery for this year’s Wisconsin Science Festival radio play. “Forbidden Planet Decoded,” updates some of the science of the 1956 film classic and restores some elements of the play that inspired it, “The Tempest” by William Shakespeare. In “Forbidden Planet Decoded,” the residents of Altaira 4 and their earthly visitors collide in a place where the ultimate power is not science, but the human psyche.
