Wisconsin Senate passes budget including universal healthcare

Yesterday, the state budget got a whole lot bigger; at least for a little while. Senate Democrats passed their version of the budget, which would increase state spending by more than $12 billion dollars over the next couple years.Most of the increase would fund a universal health care plan that would cover every Wisconsin resident. That idea and many others now face a tough road ahead in the Republican-controlled Assembly. Shawn Johnson reports…
