Wisconsin Could Change Blind Justice Rule

A group of trial lawyers is asking the state legislature to change what they call “the blindfold rule” that bars juries from knowing what the financial impact of their decisions will be when deciding civil lawsuits. But attorneys who represent defendants in such lawsuits oppose the change. Gil Halsted reports….
