Wisconsin could take a big step toward major reductions in mercury emissions from coal-burning power plants next week.That’s when the Wisconsin Natural Resources Board is scheduled to vote on a mercury rule package.But that’s only if a judge doesn’t halt the rule-making process first.Chuck Quirmbach reports…
