Republican candidate for Governor Scott Walker heads off on a so-called “Brown Bag Tour” of Wisconsin today.Walker is trying to “bag” the votes needed to defeat his main rival,Mark Neumann, in Tuesday’s GOP primary.Walker won the State Republican Party endorsement in May, but lately, hasn’t been able to focus on Democratic rival Tom Barrett.
