‘Voice Casting’ Sounds Like Telemarketing

A new form of telemarketing doesn’t involve ringing your telephone.It’s called voice casting.A spokesperson with the company that developed it says it allows clients to reach more people in less time, without forcing potential customers to get up and answer the phone. But is this brand of telemarketing legal in Wisconsin?Steve Roisum reports.
