Unemployed May Soon Lose Benefits

This year’s holidays probably weren’t very merry for people who are out of work.Extended unemployment benefits expired Saturday for 800,000 people nationwide.When Congress re-convenes in January, one of its first missions will be to reach a compromise on unemployment benefits.But its not clear how long term that extension will be.Patty Murray reports.
