Wisconsin may soon join it’s five neighboring states in passing legislationthat makes”human trafficking” a crime. Advocates for the new law say it’s needed because federal law enforcement agencies can’t keep up with the growing umber of people, mostlyfemale immigrants, whoo arebeing sold for prostitution or forced labor.
