Low-flow toilets left some people cold when the products debuted in the 1990’s. But the Environmental Protection Agency is pushing ahead with a voluntary program to create toilets that use even less water. Some toilet manufacturers say they want to join the new water saving market and hope consumers are ready to buy. Chuck Quirmbach reports…
