Wisconsin is joining forces with four neighboring states to track the movement of released sex offenders across state lines. At a summit in Madison yesterday Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota and Michigan all agreed to begin sharing electronic data bases of registered sex offenders on a monthly basis beginning in July.Gil Halsted reports…
