Some victims of flood damage can apply for more relief from federal government

Home and business owners in Grant and Milwaukee County will be able to apply for flood damage relief from the federal government.The Federal Emergency Management Agency this weekend said it had changed its stance on providing individual assistance to those who suffered damage in heavy rainstorms in July.Steve Roisum has more.
