Some Domestic partners turned away for lack of proper documents

Dozens of same-sex couples successfully signed up for domestic partner benefits, under a Wisconsin law that kicked in yesterday.But some couples were turned away because they didn’t have the right papers.Chuck Quirmbach reports…
