Wisconsin has a growing number of very large and very small farms.Meanwhile in the middle the family dairy is virtually disappearing.The state is losing hundreds of those farms each year.Some mid-sized producers are holding their ground by developing niche products.Patty Murray visited a family of farmers who recently went organic.They say grass-based grazing is keeping them afloat.
