Shared Revenue Program Working

A new report shows the state’s Shared Revenue program is doing what it was set up to do.Under the program, municipalities get money from the state.It’s used to provide an array of services.One of the study’s authors says Wisconsin faces a philosophical decision whether or not poor communities deserve the same services available in richer areas.Patty Murray has more.
