Salvation Army of Green Bay Steps Closer To Grant Money

The Salvation Army of Green Bay is on the short list to get a 30-million dollar grant from the Joan Kroc Foundation.Green Bay is the only Wisconsin city to make it to the second round of applications for money that would build a new community center.Patty Murray reports…
