A Wisconsin man with a history of gambling problems remains missing. The State Justice Department says James Cifaldi would get depressed when he lost money at the Potawatomi casino in Milwaukee, and also took medication for depression. The case led us to ask if casinos refuse to serve customers who seem to be losing a lot of cash. Chuck Quirmbach reports…
