Republicans trying to fast-track rail funds back to Washington

Three Republican Congressmen from Wisconsin are trying to pave the way for high speed rail funds to be sent back to Washington next year,to cutthe federal budget deficit. Democrats say there are other ways to reduce the red ink.Chuck Quirmbach reports.
