After high schoolers in Wisconsin fared poorly on a national test of financial literacy, there was a lot of talk about helping people of all ages manage money better. However, a recent study done by a nonprofit organization specializing in personal finance, suggests some Badger state residents have plenty of financial know-how — it may just depend on where they live.
