Rail project may be derailed by next administration

Governor Jim Doyle is leaving the decision over whether to move ahead with a Madison to Milwaukee rail line to Governor-elect Scott Walker.But Doyle says stopping the project now will cost the state millions of dollars and mean the immediate loss of more than 400 jobs.Shawn Johnson reports.
