President Bush says he won’t realease 18 million dolars in emergency funding to fight chronic waisting disease. Governor Scott McCallum says he understands why the funds were cut. But during the president’s visit to Milwuakee he plans to continue push for federal aid to fight the disease. Gil Halsted reports.
