The Ho Chunk Tribe is continuing to withold a $30 million casino payment to the state due last June. Department of Adminstration Secretary Mark Marotta says he’s confident the tribe will pay up as soon as its signs a new gaming compact. But a new provision in most of the new tribal gaming compacts could mean fewer casino dollars will flow directly into the state’s coffers in the future. Gil Halsted reports…
