Mayor Barrett makes first public appearance since State Fair attack

Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett is scheduled to talk with the news media this morning. That’ll be his first public appearance since being beaten Saturday night. Governor Jim Doyle says he can understand why Barrett did not have security guards with him that evening. Chuck Quirmbach reports…
