People around the state are taking advantage of a last-minute tax deduction.In the last few days, thousands of people have started Edvest accounts.That’s the state’s official college savings program.Participants can get up to three-thousand dollars off their state taxes. The program is so popular that its administrator set up temporary sign up offices around the state yesterday. Patty Murray reports.
