Hmong civil rights acitvists say they’re satisfied following a judge’s decision today/ yesterday to sentence James Nichols to 69 years in prison for murdering Hmong hunter Cha Vang. But they’re still calling on the state Justice Department to do a better job of enforcing the state’s hate crime laws. Gil Halsted reports…
