The Marinette County Sheriff has confirmed that 30-year old Hmong refugee Cha Vang of Green Bay was murdered while hunting on public land near Peshtigo on Saturday.Sheriff Jim Kanikula says he’s confident that the suspect arrested on Sunday was involved in the shooting.Gil Halsted reports….
