Groundbreaking for Procter and Gamble Facility

A major employer in Northeastern Wisconsin broke ground Wednesday (9/7) on a new facility that will keep and create jobs in the region.Procter and Gamble is building a new paper machine.It’s the first such capital investment that’s come to the state in years.Patty Murray reports…
