Wisconsin’s governors can do more than veto legislation they don’t like — they currently have broad authority to strike words and numbers to recraft legislation. Voters will get to determine whether that should be unconstitutional. A referendum question deciding that issue will be on the April first ballot. Shamane Mills reports…
