The preliminary hearing in the case against state representative Scott Jensen, Steve Foti and former aide Sherry Shultz started Tuesday in Dane County Court. After the hearing, the judge will decide whether there’s enough evidence to bind the three over for trial. They are charged with felonies for alleged illegal campaiging on state time.
