Wisconsin agricultural exports in the first quarter of 2006 are up 20 percent over last year. The state’s largest farm group says free trade agreements with Canada and Mexico helped push foreign crop sales over $300 million.But family farmers say the benefits don’t seem to be trickling down to them.
