Emergency Medicine: A Volunteer Effort

Some retired medical workers in La Crosse are among the first in the state to sign up to volunteer in the event of a medical emergency.Until now they would have been prohibited from practicing medicine even in the case of a major catastrophe or epidemic.Sandra Harris reports…
