Critics Question Powerline Meetings

Members of the State Public Service Commission met with a key backer of a proposedmajor Northern Wisconsin power line. Critics of the so-called Arrowhead-Weston transmission project say they want to know why those meetings took place. Chuck Quirmbach reports.
