A U.S. Supreme Court ruling rejected efforts by a Madison-based groupto challenge the Bush administration’s faith-based policy initiative. Religious conservatives are calling it a victory, but the Freedom from Religion Foundation says the narrow 5 to 4 ruling has a silver lining in it. Gil Halsted reports…
