Wisconsin’s largest wind power project would be built just east of
Horicon Marsh, if state utilities have their way. The Forward Wind Energy Center would generate 200 megawatts–enough to power tens of thousands of homes. But some neighbors, hunters, and wildlife agencies are raising concerns about the proposed wind farm. So, state regulators say they’re taking a close look at the project.
