Cheese makers go green to save green

Earlier this week, Governor Doyle called on Republicans to support his plans to promote more renewable energy in the state.And now Wisconsin’s agriculture secretary is challenging cheese makers to make greener cheese.The Department of Agriculture is offering grants to help reduce the $100 million dollars the industry spends on energy each year.
