Callers Could Pay Extra to Call Cell Phones.

In many cases, footprints of cellular company local calling areas and local landline telephone calling areas don’t match.As a result, callers from landline phones may soon be paying to call cell phone numbers they didn’t have to pay to call in the past.Sandra Harris reports.
