One paragraph in Governor Jim Doyle’s budget could mean an extra million dollars in sales tax revenue. The budget proposal calls for making internet sellers of cigarettes register with the state. They’d also have to collect state sales taxes on the products they sell.Traditional retailers in Wisconsin say it’s about time the state cracked down on internet tobacco sales. Patty Murray reports…
