Wisconsin has a good chance of getting some of the 360 million federal dollars for prison re-entry programs included in a bill that just passed the House of Representatives. MilwaukeeCongresswoman Gwen Moore says the fact that the bill passed by a wide is a sign that both Democrats and Republicans recognize the need to reduce the country’s prison population.
