Wisconsin aims to address sexual assault problem in prisons

US Attorney General Eric Holder has announced a new set of national standards aimed at reducing sexual violence in US jails and prisons. Wisconsin Department of Corrections officials say state prison staff are ahead of the curve in implementing them. Gil Halsted reports.
