More than 10,000 Wisconsinites have died from COVID-19 and there have been more than 1 million positive cases in the state since the pandemic began.

For many, COVID-19 has changed how we work and learn, what we do in our spare time, and how we interact with other people. For some, it has meant the loss of a loved one or a livelihood and the onset of chronic health conditions.

WHYsconsin wants to know: how has the pandemic impacted you and your loved ones in 2021? How do you think it’ll affect your life going forward?
