State Democrats hold hearings on proposed changes to BadgerCare

Democratic state legislators are holding a series of ad hoc hearings on proposed changes in Wisconsin’sBadgerCare health insurance program. At the first hearing in Madison yesterday some BadgerCare participants said the changes could cut them off from their only affordable health insurance option. Gilman Hasted reports.
