Mexican Spiced Popcorn

Ingredients

  • 6-8 cups cooked popcorn
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 3 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, melted

  1. Toss the freshly popped corn with butter, chili powder, cinnamon, cayenne, cumin, and salt.
  2. Spread the popcorn n a parchment or foil-lined baking sheet and drizzle it with melted chocolate.
  3. Put the tray in the fridge until the chocolate firms up
