- 4 cups Ground vanilla wafers
- 1 cup Ground pecans
- 4 tablespoons Cocoa
- 3 tablespoons Honey (or Karo syrup)
- 1/2 cup Good quality bourbon (Four Roses, Maker’s Mark, Buffalo Trace)
- 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
- Mix the ground vanilla wafers, ground pecans, and cocoa together.
- Mix in the bourbon and honey.
- Form into balls (about 1 tablespoon size), and roll in powdered sugar.
If too dry, add more bourbon!
