Kentucky Bourbon Balls

  • 4 cups Ground vanilla wafers
  • 1 cup Ground pecans
  • 4 tablespoons Cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons Honey (or Karo syrup)
  • 1/2 cup Good quality bourbon (Four Roses, Maker’s Mark, Buffalo Trace)
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  1. Mix the ground vanilla wafers, ground pecans, and cocoa together.
  2. Mix in the bourbon and honey.
  3. Form into balls (about 1 tablespoon size), and roll in powdered sugar.

If too dry, add more bourbon!
