First hearing for bill to fix Wisconsin’s Crime Victims’ Rights law

A bill designed to fix a loophole in Wisconsin’s Crime Victims’ Rights law got it’s first hearing yesterday. The fix will give the Crime Victims Rights Board the power to step in when public officials harrass crime victims for personal gain. Gilman Halsted reports.
