Lori Fredrich will share the inspiration behind Wisconsin Field to Fork, a unique cookbook which weaves the stories of local farmers with 70 chef-driven recipes using Wisconsin-grown ingredients. She’ll also present a brief reading of Chef Jan Kelly’s forward to the book, which offers a unique perspective on the value of local food.
