New device to remove mercury from fish

There are warnings posted on more than 150 lakes in northern Wisconsin warning people that fish caught there may have toxic levels of mercury. But an inventor from Janesville and a chemist at UW-Whitewater have come up with a gadget they claim can remove the mercury and make the fish taste better.
